His most famous role is Don Keefer in HBO's The Newsroom and Matt Short in Life in Pieces which is a sitcom TV show. In early 2016, Sadoski was engaged to Amanda Seyfried. On September 12 in 2016, they got engaged. They were married on the 12th of March 2017. Seyfried and Sadoski welcomed their second child in September 2020. Sadoski is also a board member of INARA. This organization provides medical care for children injured due to conflict. He serves as an ambassador for War Child USA, War Child Canada, and is a member on the advisory board of Fortify Rights. He is also an emeritus member of the board at Refugees International.
