Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on the 28th of October, 1967 as the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Her grandfather, her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer, was the first Roberts to move to Atlanta. At an early age, her father became interested in theater. As an undergraduate at Emory University, he performed in a variety of productions in Atlanta. He joined the Air Force, and was stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi, he appeared in a play with Betty Lou Bredemus. They got married in the year 1955, and their first son Eric Anthony was born in 1956. The couple divorced in 1957. the air force and Walter enrolled in Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. The family relocated in 1960 to Decatur Georgia where Walter began working for Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. Walter and Betty Lou began producing a television show for children in Georgia, Decatur called Bum Bum and His Buddies. They funded the show by themselves. The following year, they started The Actors and Writers Workshop which ran for six years. Lelisa Billingsley who is also referred to as Lisa, was born in the year 1965. Julia Billingsley followed in 1967.
